Alan Dorrian

Alan Dorrian is founder and President of Elovate, LLC. He leads Elovate’s overall strategic vision and is responsible for driving all facets of the business.

Prior to founding Elovate, Alan founded Integrated Data Storage (IDS) in 2002, a three-person company he and his team grew into one of the most successful VARs in Chicago, #10 on Crane’s Fast 50 by 2010, and obtained several awards and notoriety from manufacturing partners during his 14-year tenure. Having experienced considerable shifts and changes in the market, and with an appreciation for IDC research pointing to this new element it calls 3rd platform, Alan decided it was time to make a pivot and create a new type of IT partner that is more than prepared to help customers move from the traditions of 2nd platform to 3rd platform.

Alan Dorrian is a father of three and resides in Chicago. Born in Australia, Alan enjoys travel to diverse cities and world destinations. An avid weightlifter and golfer, Alan couples his passion for fitness with a focus on clean and sustainable eating. Alan is an active supporter of The Women’s Centers of Greater Chicagoland.
